What can I do if I am allergic to sunscreen?

When I use a sunscreen, or even when there is sun protection in my face moisturiser, I seem to react with these small red bumps all over my face, neck and arms. Or wherever I have applied the sunscreen.
What is the best thing to do to find out if I am allergic?
